Terms

Buy@gain is a place to post and find second-hand goods nearby.

You must be 18 or older to post an ad or chat. You are responsible for what you post and for meeting safely.

Payment and handover happen in person between buyer and seller. Buy@gain does not hold money, ship items, or guarantee a sale.

A location tag means the phone’s GPS was inside the city named on the ad when it was posted. It is not a government check and it does not prove who owns the item.

Phone numbers stay hidden until both people accept Share contact. Do not ask for a deposit. Do not post weapons, drugs, stolen goods, adult services, or anything else the app blocks.

We can remove an ad or an account that breaks these rules. You can delete your profile, which also deletes your ads.
